Interpretation

The following terms and conditions constitute our Delivery and Returns Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

When your order has been placed we will email to let you know when to expect your beef box to be ready. When it comes to the time that your beef box is available to either be delivered or collected we will email you again with an invoice and if being collected, arrange a day for you to visit the farm.

Packaging

All goods are packed in card boxes and will require someone to be at home to receive them.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for beef boxes are £20 and will be added to your invoice. Please note deliveries for beef boxes are restricted to UK mainland only.

Shipping charges for leather goods will be calculated and advised to you in your order confirmation email and are dependent on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of Goods ordered.

Occasionally delivery delays can occur which are outside of our control.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation of despatch email with your tracking information included.

Domestic orders over £35

Orders over £35 are eligible for free delivery to the UK Mainland, Isle of Man, Guernsey*, Jersey*, Alderney*, Sark* and Herm*. Beef Boxes are excluded from this offer.

* Deliveries to these destinations might be delayed by customs.

Delivery method: Royal Mail First Class Tracked
Delivery cost: £3.70
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 working days

Delivery method: Royal Mail Second Class Tracked
Delivery cost: £6.70
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 working days

Delivery method: Click and Collect
Delivery cost: Free
Orders may be collected once you have been advised the order is ready and a delivery day and time has been agreed.

International Shipping Policy

International shipping is calculated and advised in your confirmation email. International shipping will depend on the destination country and the size and weight of the Goods. Delivery times will vary depending on the country they are being shipped to and whether they are subject to customs, duties or taxes. All international Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail Tracked within 1-2 working days.

General Delivery Conditions

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your Order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Gowbarrow Hall Farm is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of You, as the customer.

Damages

Gowbarrow Hall Farm is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take photos where possible.

Returns/Refunds

Unfortunately due to the bespoke nature of our products we are not able to accept returns on any of our products unless they are faulty.

If any of our lovely products get damaged in the post, simply send us a photo at gowbarrowhallfarm@gmail.com and we will send a replacement free of charge.
